WMY Thai Yoga Therapy
Practitioner Certification
Whether you want to practice on friends and family or build a career, Syl can teach and guide you through the fundamentals, intermediate and advanced practices of "Nuad Bo Rarn" (traditional Thai Yoga Therapy).
Thai Yoga Therapy with Syl Carson, is an effective system of body integration, movement and energy balancing, which offers profound benefits to the practitioner/giver as well as the client/receiver.
When performed correctly, each session contributes greatly to the practitioner's own level of strength, flexibility and emotional wellbeing.
The WMY Thai Yoga Therapy Certification program is an inspired blend of "marma point", acupressure point, yoga, structural integration, and energy therapies. This unique type of yoga modality is beyond massage, it is considered a yoga movement meditation for both Giver and Receiver, with profound results for mind/body health and vitality.
