Class Sizes
The
average Bodhi Yoga™ Center class/workshop size ranges from 10-20 student yogis. Most Bodhi Yoga™ class instruction includes both instructor and assistant, to insure
individual attention. All classes are lead by graduates of either the 200-hour or 500-hour Bodhi Yoga™ Certification.

About Cottontree Square
The Bodhi Yoga™ Center is located in CottonTree Square in Provo, Utah, 1.5 miles from the mouth of Provo Canyon, nestled in the heart of the Wasatch Mountain Range.
CottonTree Square is a professional office complex that includes the
CottonTree Inn, Pizza Factory, Losee Jewelers and Bon
Losee Academy for
Hair and Beauty. The 
CottonTree Complex rests along the banks of the
Provo River Bike Path, designated in the Utah Wetland & Wildlife Preserve.
CottonTree is a 10 minute drive from Brigham Young University, as
well as Utah Valley University. Within a 3-minute walking distance of Bodhi Yoga™ you will also find movie theaters, as well as additional dinning
and shopping facilities.
Attending Bodhi Yoga™ from out of Town
When attending trainings or workshops from out of town, Provo, Utah offers a wealth of great activities:
In spring, finish BYU Women's Conference week with the Bodhi Yoga™ Shakti Spiritus weekend retreat for Women.
In summer, hike through stunning natural scenery (great for pranayama breath or meditation practice), bike along the pristine Provo River Trail, or "catch & release" some of the country's most beautiful rainbow trout in the Provo River.
In August, enjoy the Timpanogos Story Telling Festival. In January, hit the ski slopes and loosen tight muscles at Bodhi Yoga™ classes (15-minute drive from Sundance Ski resort), during your yoga & skiing (or snowboarding) stay, check out the Sundance Film Festival (book your room early).
Bodhi Yoga™ is 43.6 miles from the Salt Lake City International airport, south-bound on I-15, exiting the 1300 South, University Parkway east-bound exit. Cottontree Square is approximately 1.8 miles from the 1-15 exit. The Cottontree Inn is 25 feet from the east entrance to the Bodhi Yoga™ Center, with in the enclosed Cottontree Square complex.
